TrueNote CRM is a case management platform designed for non-clinical use that allows organizations to:

• Manage client information and case details
• Track case status and important dates
• Organize client data with tags and categories
• Export and import data in CSV format
• Collaborate with team members within your organization

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Organization Accounts

• Each organization has its own isolated data environment
• Organization administrators can manage user access and roles
• Users can only access data within their organization

3.3 User Roles

• Admin: Full access to manage users, settings, and all data within the organization
• Manager: Can manage cases and view all data within the organization
• User: Can view and update assigned cases and data

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Store or process protected health information (PHI) or HIPAA-regulated data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Pricing

• Free Trial: 30 days free access for new users
• Paid Subscription: $12 per user per month after the trial period

5.2 Billing

• Billing occurs monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date
• All fees are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice

5.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused periods
• Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period

5.4 Payment

• Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Failed payments may result in suspension of your account

6. Data and Content

6.1 Your Data

• You retain ownership of all data you upload to our Service
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data
• You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service

• You can export your data in CSV format at any time
• We will provide reasonable assistance with data export requests
